PdM Radars Executive Administrative Assistant, Journeyman

Veteran Corps is currently seeking well qualified candidates in anticipation of the Army's PdM Radars Contract effort.  Current contract incumbents are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and complete travel arrangements (Defense Travel System-DTS). 
  • Prepares correspondence and certificates of appreciation.
  • Receive and review read-ahead and other documentation for PdM. 
  • Ensure all correspondence is in accordance with AR 25-50 prior to signature. 
  • Provide support for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
  • Maintain all records and security requests.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma, Degree preferred
  • A minimum of four years of executive administration experience is required
  • Substitution:  Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  •  Active DoD clearance at the Secret level
