INTERFUZE is seeking candidates to provide Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) Support at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The selected candidate will routinely handle standard and non-standard ammunition, and explosives. The candidate must be knowledgeable of governing policies, regulations, rules, and procedures including, but not limited to, Army Regulation (AR) 190-11, Physical Security of AA&E; and, Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-64, Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards and rigorously adhere to them in executing receipt, storage, issue, inventory accountability management, explosive safety management, storage facilities management, physical security, and transport of ammunition and explosives.


Candidate must have the ability to clearly communicate in both verbal and written forms. Candidates must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and be responsible for inventory, requisitioning, accountability, receipt, storage, issue, safeguarding, explosive safety, security, and movement of the Class V items. This position requires a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and HAZMAT certification.


Prior military AA&E storage and transport experience is desirable. U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Ammunition Tracking System (AMCATS) or Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) experience is a plus. This position requires that the candidate meets all requirements to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
