InterFuze is seeking a Regional Exercise and Training Subject Matter Expert to join a team in support of CNIC.

InterFuze Corporation is currently seeking a Regional Exercise and Training Subject Matter Expert to review existing installation and regional Emergency Management plans and provide CNIC best practice suggestions to address identified CBRN response gaps.

Selected, qualified candidates will perform the following:

Must be able to provide essential support to First Responders located in the United States and overseas. Conduct briefings to installation Emergency Management components that include Fire & Emergency Services, Naval Security Forces, Explosive Ordinance Disposal, and Local Commanders. Must be able to put together and present unclassified worldwide threat briefs. Present overviews of changes made to the Emergency Management Program Assessment, Command Assessment of Readiness and Training and Final Evaluation Problem inspection processes and discuss enterprise-wide issues and offer plausible solutions to the installation. Must be able to conduct Table-Top Exercises, based on the installation EM plans, regional EM plans and suggested CNIC best practices. Conduct a hotwash and provide an After-Action Report, detailing the knowledge of the installation’s CBRN response program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain US passport
• Required Certifications
• IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Materials Awareness
• IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Materials Operations
• IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Materials Technician
• Department of Navy Continuity of Operations (COOP) training
• Requisite FEMA courses

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience providing CBRN Response
• Experience Instructing foreign military units in CBRN deterrence
• Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining CBRN/HazMat equipment
• Experience in curriculum development, exercise design and development, execution and oversight
• Required Certifications
  • FEMA IS-100 Introduction to the incident Command System
  • FEMA IS-200 ICS for single action resource and initial action incidents
  • FEMA ICS-300 Incident Command System
  • FEMA ICS-400 Advanced ICS for Command and General Staff
  • FEMA IS-700 Introduction to the National Incident Management System
  • FEMA IS-800 Introduction to the National Response Framework
  • FEMA AWR 213 Critical Infrastructure Protection and Threat and Hazard Identification
  • FEMA MGT 310 Jurisdictional Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
  • FEMA MGT 315 Critical Asset Response Protection

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
