INTERFUZE is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Corporate HR Team in Huntsville, Alabama:   - Responsible for the coordination and execution of recruiting for the company including partnering with hiring managers, proposal teams, and others to establish hiring profiles and parameters for filling staffing needs for CONUS, OCONUS, and SCA/CBA positions; - Assist and guide management on job description development, interview techniques, and review and selection of qualified candidates for open positions; - Source for open positions using major job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed and connect with passive and non-passive candidates to fill open positions; - Work with proposal teams to draft and advertise for new positions using social media, job fairs, and open house events; - Prepare and execute offer letters and other official department correspondence; - Administration of new hire in-processing, to include management of new hire documents in the online onboarding tool, E-Verify reporting and I-9 verification, data entry of new hire information into HRIS system and filing of personnel documents into SharePoint; - Assemble and help to maintain official personnel records and files; - Prepare and provide data for various labor reports required (to include turnover and recruitment metrics); - Manage compliance with OFCCP requirements to include accurate applicant flow reporting and candidate dispositioning, relationships with veteran and disability offices and state job listings, and other affirmative action outreach programs; - Successfully maneuver through various HR issues related to area of responsibility and continue to maintain compliance and implement process changes as compliance demands shift; - Assist HR Director in the administration of all company HR programs (award and recognition programs, volunteer grant program, company store, etc.); - Maintain knowledge of employment law (E-Verify, EEO/AA, SCA, DOT, FLSA, etc.) to ensure compliance in performance of daily job duties; - Utilize experience with benefit programs to assist new hires and others with general benefit questions and back up the benefits coordinator when needed; and - Assist with various HR projects or reporting requirements.

INTERFUZE is seeking candidates to provide Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) Support at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The selected candidate will routinely handle standard and non-standard ammunition, and explosives. The candidate must be knowledgeable of governing policies, regulations, rules, and procedures including, but not limited to, Army Regulation (AR) 190-11, Physical Security of AA&E; and, Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-64, Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards and rigorously adhere to them in executing receipt, storage, issue, inventory accountability management, explosive safety management, storage facilities management, physical security, and transport of ammunition and explosives.
