Veteran Corps is to provide administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, test management and scientific support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Systems Support Directorate (SSD) and Front Office in its effort to combat the catastrophic use of a weapon of mass destruction within the United States and its territories. This support includes the assistance required by the federal staff to effectively administer and manage programs and projects as well as to contribute to scientific and engineering assessments of existing and evolving counter-WMD technologies.   Veteran Corps is currently seeking well qualified candidates to perform the following: - Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization. - Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. - Analyze systems and determine appropriate levels of maintenance strategies required to meet operational goals for a developed system to include performance-based service agreements. The Contractor shall document this in a maintenance plan for the system being acquired - Conduct a supportability analysis to determine what resources are needed for the system being acquired to meet operational goals - Analyze and document all Product Handling Shipping and Transport needs to meet operational goals for a system being acquired - Analyze and document support equipment needs to meet operational goals for a system being acquired - Conduct a sustainment analysis to determine what resources are needed to maintain performance level and duration of operation to meet operational goals for a system being acquired - Analyze supply chains for a system being acquired and determine risks and response plans and document in a risk management plan - Document all elements of logistical support required for a system being acquired and document in an Integrated Logistic Support Plan

Assist in the T&E Data Management - Provide  test documentation peer review support to ensure application of approved test processes, procedures, quality control, and quality assurance. - Chemical Engineers to provide technical reviews, program planning and execution, statistical analyses and assessments, and technical assistance in oversight of technical nuclear forensics programs. - Sustainability Engineers to support the redesign and retrofit existing systems based on an analysis of current operations, production quality, and the functional deficiencies that may potentially hinder these processes.
