Veteran Corps is currently seeking well qualified candidates to perform the following: - Provide NIIS installation, troubleshooting, repair, PMCS/QC, asset validation and operator training services to include, but not limited to, operation, overhaul, and maintenance equipment, applying knowledge and OEM specifications - Conduct monthly PMCS and monthly Quality Control (QC) site visits for all NIIS variants - Conduct investigations to determine source of technical problems - Evaluate results of investigations and recommends corrective action to customer - Oversee and perform mechanical and structural repairs - Perform all operational tests, inspections, removals, replacements, updates, reinstallations or evacuations of defective hardware or software, and retest operational capability - Compile technical data pertaining to changes and improvements - Update COLTS as required - Qualify as trainers that can provide operator and sustainment training for military, civilian, and Contractor personnel - Provide New Equipment Training (NET), sustainment training and displaced equipment training for the individual, crew, and maintenance through initial, formal and informal on the job training and sustainment proficiency training - Direct interface with customer, and the ability to oversee and advice Level 1 & 2 FSRs - Cross train Level 1 & 2 FSRs on all variants of NIIS equipment with the intent of being focused on a specialty type of system and general knowledge on all other types of systems
